I was hungry on the way back from a trip to Anhui, so I got off the highway in Guangde County and found this restaurant that looked very large. When I entered, it was indeed very large. The first floor was mainly the lobby, and the second and third floors were private rooms. There seemed to be quite a lot of recommended dishes. My favorite was the dry pot mushrooms, which were very delicious. The method of cooking pickled fish was a little different. After putting the fish fillets in the hot pan, a pot of fried soybeans was also prepared. The crispy taste matched the fish fillets, one crispy and one soft, a perfect match.
